Since 1987, our mission has been to provide interim housing and supportive services that create opportunities for homeless families and individuals to regain stable housing and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Our therapeutic service model combines modern housing with supportive services that promote dignity and autonomy. We operate over 15 sites from San Jose to Daly City.

Shift: On-call

Position Summary

The Residential Services Coordinator (RSC) provides safety supervision of program participants and collaborates with staff to assist clients towards permanent housing and stable income. Successful RSCs demonstrate attention to detail, multi-tasking, and diplomatic limit setting. The salary is $20/hour for day shifts, $21.50/hour for swing shifts (5pm-12am), and $22/hour for grave shifts (12am-8am).

Duties Include

1. Client entry and exit supervision
2. Monitor client activities to ensure rules are followed
3. Answer phones
4. Accept donations and maintain neighborhood relations
5. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Understanding or willingness to learn about diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not mandatory
