Job summary

Options Residential, Inc is seeking an Area Manager to train and supervise Program Supervisors and direct support professionals across four group homes. You will ensure high quality services by evaluating CSSP plans and maintaining regulatory compliance under MN 245D guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, independent decision making, and ability to work in varied settings while maintaining staff morale. A valid MN driver’s license may be required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Must understand MN 245D Designated Coordinator/Manager requirements.
• Experience supervising direct support staff and program supervisors.
• Ability to maintain morale and effective employee relations.
• Able to work in diverse settings with varied care needs.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Program Supervisors and direct support professionals.
• Ensure high-quality services by reviewing CSSP and related forms.
• Oversee 4 group homes with site supervisor and DSP staff; manage program delivery.
