Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services, seeks a Residential Services Aide to support individuals at the Selinsgrove Center. The role involves assisting with daily care, implementing IHP/ISP plans, and documenting progress as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Expect 40 hours per week across 1st and 2nd shifts, with overtime as needed and no telework option. The starting annual salary is $43,376; successful candidates will join a mission-driven program focused on helping

Formación

• Successful completion of the Aide Trainee program ( Commonwealth job title or equivalent) or
• Six months of paid experience in the care, activities, and personal guidance of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily care, treatment, and training activities to help individuals build skills
• Support daily IHP/ISP routines and health maintenance activities
• Document observations and progress in unit records for team communication
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team members to discuss needs and updates
• Aid in maintaining therapeutic spaces and arrange personal items and equipment
• Promote dignity, privacy, and respectful interactions while following policies and procedures
