Job summary

The Center for Disability Services is seeking an Administrator of Residential Services to lead multiple sites in the Capital Region. This role supervises program planning, ensures regulatory compliance, consumer satisfaction, and budget adherence.

Eligible candidates must have a QIDP and a Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field, with at least 3 years of DD population experience and supervisory/management experience.

Qualifications

• QIDP certification or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field.
• At least 3 years of experience with the DD population.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development and operation of supports and services for staff and individuals in the Residence Division.
• Lead program planning teams and ensure regulatory compliance and consumer satisfaction.
• Develop and adhere to operating and capital budgets.
