Qualifications

• Valid NYS Driver’s License in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of Human Services experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage diverse staff teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain a supportive environment for individuals supported 24/7.
