RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

VineBrook Homes is an internally managed real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating single-family homes as rental properties. Since 2007, we have been a pioneer in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) asset class, building a portfolio of approximately 15,000 homes, aiming to expand to over 25,000.

We are seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on our single-family homes. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
3. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
4. Document work performed using smartphones and tablets.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers.
• Own tools (larger/specialized equipment provided by us).
• Valid driver’s license.

Additional Requirements

• Pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check. Note: Positive drug tests, including for marijuana, may disqualify candidates.
