Job summary

Bonfe Plumbing, Heating & Air Service, Inc. is seeking a Residential Service Plumber in St. Paul, MN. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $50-66 per hour with a monthly bonus incentive for top performers and potential for unlimited earnings.

We require Minnesota State Journeyman or Master License. Bonfe provides medical/dental, 401(k) with generous match, paid time off, uniforms, a supplied truck and tools, and ongoing training as part of a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Plumbing Journeyman's License is required.
• Residential service experience is required.
• Ability to obtain hours for City Comp Cards or City Comp Card holder.
• Ability to present pricing to customers and collect payment on site.
• Time management and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams.
• Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date.
• Complete paperwork properly.
• Join the On-Call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training for growth and development.
• Obtain proper certifications with company support.
