Job summary

Hunt’s Services, the premier home services provider in the Puget Sound area, is seeking a Service Plumber (02) to join our growing team in the Tacoma vicinity. If you’re a top-tier plumber who is income-motivated and customer-obsessed, this full-time role offers high earning potential through commission and a strong customer-first culture.

As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose and repair residential issues, present clear options to homeowners, and collaborate with dispatch to keep jobs moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service/sales experience including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Valid PL01/PL02 license with WA L&I
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Expert-level knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and tools
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching

What You’ll Get:

• Earning Potential: Pay range of $90,000 - $200,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $200,000+ OTE!
