Job summary

Hunt’s Services in the Puget Sound area is seeking a top-tier Residential Electrician (01 or 02) to join our growing team.

You’ll diagnose residential electrical issues, present options to homeowners, and deliver 5-star service with strong safety and communication.

This full-time, in-person role offers uncapped commissions, excellent benefits, and rapid pay, with top earners surpassing $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades.
• Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely
• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and tool use

What You’ll Get:

• Earning Potential: Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000+. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!
