Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull/Shelton is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and grow with a local company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

You will perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work, explain findings and options to customers, complete job documentation and photos, maintain a clean truck and work area, and take advantage of training and advancement

Qualifications

• CT license (P-1 or P-2) preferred.
• Residential service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional customer communication.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to grow with a local company.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work
• Explain findings and present appropriate options to customers
• Identify additional plumbing and preventative needs
• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Complete job documentation, photos, and approvals
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

What We're Looking For

• Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred

Other relevant CT licenses, including P-6 and G-2, may be considered based on experience. Service Titan and residential service-pricing experience are a plus, but we'll train the right plumber on our systems.
