Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to provide high-quality, customer-facing plumbing services in the St. Louis Metro area. The role entails diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is a trusted leader in residential HVAC services in the St. Louis Metro area. As we continue to grow our service offerings, we are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality, customer-facing residential plumbing service and replacement, with no new construction or commercial work.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend options or upgrades in a professional, understandable manner
• Conduct thorough evaluations and present service options with clarity and confidence
• Perform installations and repairs according to local plumbing codes and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records of each job and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
• Deliver a Five-Star customer experience at every service visit
• Help ensure permit compliance and documentation accuracy when required
• Participate in routine team meetings and training opportunities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class E license required within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working)
• No overnight travel required
