Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations. This customer-facing role focuses on installation, reading blueprints, and ensuring code compliance.

You will coordinate with HVAC and dispatch teams, educate customers during walkthroughs, and uphold safety and documentation standards. A valid Journeyman license and clean driving record are required; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Must hold or be eligible for Journeyman Plumber License.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance (tattoos covered while working).
• No overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure proper installation.
• Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure each job site is clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after installation.
• Educate customers on the systems being installed and answer any questions during walkthroughs.
• Follow all local and state plumbing codes and ensure proper permitting and documentation.
• Take detailed job notes and assist with accurate invoicing and closeout procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and company-provided training sessions.

We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations. This position is customer-facing and installation-focused - no new construction or commercial work.
