Job summary

NC Water Heaters in Raleigh is seeking a residential Service Plumber to join our on-site team. The role delivers installation, repairs and maintenance of plumbing and water heater systems for homeowners and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call duties.

You will troubleshoot problems, document service calls in our mobile app, and provide excellent customer service while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Rough in and trim out plumbing for interior remodels.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on-call.
• Complete all required documentation in mobile app.

Job description

NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.

What to Expect

• 5-Star Plumbing Services - Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on-call. Work independently and with a great team

Requirements

• Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber
• Good working knowledge of plumbing materials
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Good listening and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and patience
• Physical dexterity
• Valid Driver's License
• Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred but not required)
