Job summary
NC Water Heaters in Raleigh is seeking a residential Service Plumber to join our on-site team. The role delivers installation, repairs and maintenance of plumbing and water heater systems for homeowners and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call duties.
You will troubleshoot problems, document service calls in our mobile app, and provide excellent customer service while following safety policies.
Qualifications
- Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Rough in and trim out plumbing for interior remodels.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on-call.
- Complete all required documentation in mobile app.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site installation, repairs and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and guide customers on equipment usage.
- Document service calls in the mobile app.
- Rotate on-call for emergencies.
- Work independently and with a team.
