Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is a multi-state home services company seeking an experienced Plumber to diagnose issues, deliver lasting solutions, and help homeowners protect one of their home's most important systems.

This full-time role offers a compensation range of $70,000-$100,000+ annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and career advancement opportunities. Five- or four-day work weeks are available depending on location, with no Sunday shifts and a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and related plumbing equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Clear drains and resolve plumbing blockages.
• Educate homeowners on repair and maintenance options.
• Follow safety standards and local plumbing codes.
• Document completed work and customer interactions.
