B&J Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to deliver high-quality home services with a focus on first-time right results. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install fixtures, and communicate clearly with homeowners to recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes.
• Experience with fixture installation, leak detection, plumbing repairs, water heaters, and drain systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity with the ability to build trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements on fixtures, faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.
• Perform sewer and drain inspections and repairs.
• Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and vehicle.
• Document completed work, recommendations, and customer information accurately.

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
