B & J Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to deliver safe, reliable home services and excellent customer care in Wilson, NC.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes.
• Experience with fixture installation, leak detection, plumbing repairs, water heaters, and drain systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and competitive while also working well as part of a team.
• Commitment to continued learning, professional development, and improving technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Nexstar processes is preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues.
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements on fixtures, faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.
• Perform sewer and drain inspections and repairs.
• Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and vehicle.
• Document completed work, recommendations, and customer information accurately.
