Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing service operations across three Oklahoma locations. This role emphasizes coaching technicians, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue with accountability.

The ideal candidate will oversee scheduling, safety, and customer service excellence while aligning with branch leadership to support ongoing growth and operational efficiency across the region.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master or Journeyman Plumber License in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 7 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Previous service management or supervisory experience preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
