Steve's Plumbing & Heating in Central Wisconsin is seeking an experienced residential plumber who can own service calls, troubleshoot plumbing problems, and deliver professional service to homeowners.

Earn $28 to $38 per hour, work 40–45 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with optional overtime, and take home a service vehicle. Medical coverage begins after 60 days, plus 401(k) with company match and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Residential service plumbing and repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to independently manage residential service calls.
• Strong communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Independently run residential plumbing service calls.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Complete residential repairs based on diagnosed issues.
• Install and service water heaters and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform drain cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Manage daily schedule and service workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck.
• Perform local residential service work in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
