Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing license or ability to obtain one.
• At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing service calls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related equipment.
• Communicate plumbing findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Organize and manage daily service schedule and appointments.
• Keep take-home service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.

What You'll Get

• Earn $38 to $50 per hour, based on experience.

• Production pay opportunities.

• $5,000 sign on bonus.

• Receive $2,500 after 6 months of active employment.

• Receive an additional $2,500 after 12 months of active employment.

• Full time schedule, typically 40 to 45 hours per week.

• Monday through Friday schedule.
