Job Responsibilities

1. Plumbing Installations & Repairs: Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and other common repairs.
2. System Inspections & Testing: Ensure plumbing systems are safe, functional, and compliant with water quality standards and codes.
3. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
4. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and services to ensure satisfaction.
5. Cost Estimation & Solutions: Provide accurate estimates and advise on repairs or improvements.
6. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks to ensure optimal system performance.
7. Use of Service Titan Software: Track repairs, service history, and customer interactions accurately.
8. Compliance & Safety: Follow local plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations.
9. Customer Service Excellence: Handle queries and resolve concerns promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing.
• Technical certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in plumbing installations, repairs, and soldering.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
