Job Responsibilities

1. Install, Maintain & Repair Plumbing Systems – Perform residential plumbing installations, service, and repairs, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps.
2. Diagnose & Troubleshoot Issues – Accurately identify plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions to homeowners.
3. Fixture & Pipe Replacements – Install and replace faucets, toilets, water lines, valves, and other plumbing components.
4. Water Heater Services – Repair and replace traditional and tankless water heaters.
5. Leak Detection & Repair – Identify and resolve leaks in residential plumbing systems.
6. Sewer & Drain Services – Perform drain cleaning and minor sewer line repairs.
7. Customer Communication – Clearly explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations in a professional manner.
8. Service Documentation – Maintain accurate work orders and records using Service Titan or similar trade software.
9. Code Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, regulations, and company safety policies.
10. Work Independently & Adapt – Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and flexibility for overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

1. Experience – 3+ years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on residential service.
2. Certification – Plumbing certification or equivalent technical/trade school experience preferred.
3. Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
4. Service Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
5. Customer-Focused Mindset – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
6. Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations.
7. Driver's License – Valid license with a clean driving record.
