Primary Job Functions:- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of needs and expectations as it pertains to general plumbing in-home service calls.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of plumbing fixtures or utilities in residential and commercial settings.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems & boilers
- Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
- Adhere to all safety and quality codes
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
Qualifications:- 2-5 years Experience has a Residential License Plumber,experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
- Available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers
- Colorado Plumbing license highly preferred but not required along with a strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Boiler experience (service, maintenance, and install) highly preferred.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
