Job summary

S&J Plumbing in Arlington Heights, IL is hiring experienced Residential Service Plumbers to diagnose issues, present options, and deliver high-quality repairs for homeowners. You’ll work independently in the field, earn top pay, run your own calls, and be rewarded for performance with a strong commission option and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred).
• Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers.
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping—not pressuring.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Military experience welcomed and encouraged.
