Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the residence, including visitors, deliveries, and vendors
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and perimeter
• Monitor security systems, cameras, and alarm panels; respond appropriately to alerts
• Maintain detailed logs of activity, visitors, and any incidents
• Coordinate with household staff and family members on daily schedules and expected arrivals
• Serve as a calm, professional first point of contact for anyone approaching the property
• Respond to and de‑escalate any security concerns; contact local law enforcement when warranted
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the household and its routines
