Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide security services per post orders and site instructions.
• Write detailed shift reports using company tech.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and schedules.
• Interact with clients and on-site staff to build service quality.
• Report client or property concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Care for Signal equipment (radios, keys, vehicles, devices).
• Deescalate issues through professional communication.
• Manage daily tasks to meet benchmarks and service quality.
• Relay client needs and post-order changes to the supervisor.
