Job summary

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a high school diploma or GED, and can pass a background check and drug test. Training is completed within the first month, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas as per post orders.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company software during each shift.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Interact with customers on site to maintain a professional security presence.
• Deescalate issues through effective communication to protect people and property.
• Maintain care of assigned Signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles, devices).
• Report client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence.
