Job summary

Engineered Floors is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for its residential division in Oakland, CA. You will sell flooring products, build lasting customer relationships, and manage accounts to achieve profitable, ongoing sales.

Target compensation ranges from $95,000 to $150,000 per year, with pay based on base salary plus commissions. Candidates should have outside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Outside sales experience required; experience in industry sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and establish new accounts to increase sales.

• Inform District or Regional Manager of potential problems or issues of concern.

A Sales Territory Manager works for the Engineered Floors residential division, and is responsible for selling flooring products and building customer relationships that result in profitable, continuous sales. Efficient, effective coverage and management of accounts in the assigned geographic area is a key focus.The targeted compensation (base salary and commissions) range for this position is $95,000 to $150,000 per year. Actual compensation earned depends on the performance of the selected candidate.
