D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service as buyers design and select their new home in Bluffton, SC.

You will continually source new customers, assist clients in choosing options, and ensure a smooth closing through the loan and construction phases. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or two years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with DRH Sales applications and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education or experience as stated: Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and use DRH Sales applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and present DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships with realtors.
