AHF Products in Boise, ID is seeking a Residential & Outdoor Sales Specialist to be the face of the company, building partnerships with builders, designers, retailers, and outdoor living pros while presenting surface solutions.

You will travel up to 50%, manage pricing proposals, CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success. A BS/BA and 2+ years sales exp in flooring or related field are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience in flooring, design, or residential construction.
• Based in the Boise region with ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsabilités

• Target builders, dealers, designers, and outdoor living pros across territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with end users, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Present cutting-edge products: porcelain, tile, stone, quarry, hardwood, LVP, HDPC, and more.
• Deliver sales volume and margin in line with targets and growth objectives.
• Lead polished product presentations to create demand.
• Plan and execute marketing events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Prepare pricing proposals and manage bids effectively.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Visit job sites and refresh design libraries with new samples.

JOB DUTIES:

You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence with builders, designers, retailers, and outdoor‑living professionals. Your day‑to‑day includes:

• Target key Builders, Dealers, Designers, and Outdoor Living pros across your territory.
• Develop long‑term relationships with end users, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Present cutting‑edge products: Porcelain, Tile, Stone, Quarry, Hardwood, LVP, HDPC, and more.
• Consistently deliver expected sales volume and margin performance in line with company targets and growth objectives.
• Lead polished, engaging product presentations that create demand.
• Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
• Prepare pricing proposals and manage bids effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Visit job sites, support decision‑making, and refresh design libraries with new samples.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience , preferably in flooring, design, or residential construction.
• Experience selling to builders, designers, or commercial clients preferred.
• Strong persuasion, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage pipelines, plan ahead, and stay organized.
• Knowledge of flooring, surface materials, or real‑estate construction phases.
• Based in identified region.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, frequently by car; some air travel required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs.
• Regular walking, bending, stretching, and product handling
