Renewal by Andersen – Northern Indiana is seeking a Residential Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to visit pre-scheduled home appointments and present window and door options. You will guide homeowners to a same-day decision using a proven sales process and close deals on the spot.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in July 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same‑day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one‑call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
