Job summary

Rolling Suds of OKC in the Baltimore, MD area is seeking a field-based sales representative to drive homeowner exterior cleaning solutions. You will generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local events, run in-person appointments, walk properties to identify cleaning needs, present solutions, and close sales on-site.

You will coordinate with our operations team to keep scheduling and service running smoothly.

Rolling Suds is America's largest power washing company, with 300+ locally owned locations and 30+ years of experience. Our location serves central Pennsylvania and the Baltimore, MD area, providing exterior cleaning for homes and businesses: soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation.

The Role

This is a field-based sales job working directly with homeowners. You'll generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local events, run in-person appointments, walk properties to identify cleaning needs, present solutions, and close sales on-site. You'll also coordinate with our operations team to keep scheduling and service running smoothly.

Pay

Commission-based with uncapped earnings. Gas stipend, coaching, and leadership support included.

Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Training

One-week intensive program combining classroom and field work, covering our sales process, pricing, and objection handling. Ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and team sessions follow.

Growth
