Rolling Suds Lancaster-Harrisburg is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door outreach, in-person consultations, and on-site closing of sales with homeowners. The role offers uncapped earning potential, a gas stipend, and ongoing coaching from leadership.

New hires undergo a one-week intensive training on the company’s sales process, pricing structure, and objection handling, followed by ride-alongs and team training to support growth and advancement

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work face-to-face with customers.
• Motivated to perform in a commission-based environment.
• Coachable, reliable and flexible with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and local events.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, identify cleaning needs, present options and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery.
• Attend local events and manage on-site appointments with homeowners.
