Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to convert drive and people skills into a long-term sales career with uncapped earnings and the backing of the most recognized pest control brand. You’ll perform full-home inspections, build trust, and close sales while providing real protection.

You’ll manage appointments with an iPad, work independently, and represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity. Paid training is provided; prior pest control experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces/attics.
• Willingness to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Paid training provided; no pest control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
