Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.
• Use a ladder safely within weight capacity.
• Wear PPE including OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value, protection, and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy and integrity.
