Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to turn connections into long-term pest control sales. You’ll conduct whole-home inspections, explain findings, and present protection plans backed by a trusted 120-year brand. Earns through base plus commission, with a company vehicle and comprehensive training.

You’ll manage scheduling, close deals, and build trust with homeowners while representing Orkin with professionalism. The role offers strong earnings and growth within a national leader in pest control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at every step.
