Job summary

Comcast Advertising in Salem, OR is seeking a full-time Xfinity Sales Professional to promote and sell XFINITY Residential products within an assigned turf. You will focus on individual direct sales and door-to-door canvassing to meet sales targets while building relationships with customers.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, explain features and pricing, assess customer needs, and align offerings with campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to walk door-to-door and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively.
• Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
