Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to oversee our residential sales division. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for empowering a team to exceed sales goals. You’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and managing our sales reps while also contributing to the company’s business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of residential sales representatives
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
• Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction from inspection to project completion
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competition in the local market

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential roofing or construction sales
• 2+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and develop a team culture built on trust, accountability, and success
• Knowledge of roofing systems, insurance claims process, and local market dynamics preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
