You will install plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixtures in homes, while educating customers on premium options and value. Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Proven ability to sell upgrades, accessories, or premium solutions.
• Experience installing water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to code compliance.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform physical installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and equipment in residential homes.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and present premium options that enhance comfort, efficiency, and long‑term value.
• Build trust with homeowners through education‑based selling and clear communication.
• Close sales by offering tailored solutions that match customer needs and budgets.
• Document all work and sales activity using ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with builders, project managers, and office staff to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and represent the company with pride.
• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to sharpen your skills.
