Job summary

ACE Home Services is seeking a skilled and experienced residential service plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong residential service experience, a desire for financial and professional growth, and comfortability building connections with people.

Annual take home is between $80k-$200K!!! This role offers uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with fuel card, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to advance your career across Northern Arizona, including Sedona

Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.).
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and answering questions.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to plumbing codes.
Operate a company vehicle to service homes across Northern Arizona, primarily Sedona and Flagstaff areas.
