Job summary

America's Floor Source seeks a motivated Residential Sales & Design professional to join our Louisville, KY team. You will create and present design solutions, collaborating with the sales team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and design solutions from start to finish.

With 2+ years in selling window treatments, flooring, or related products, you will demonstrate products, measure and estimate, and close sales, including in-home consultations when possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential design
• Knowledge of measuring and estimating
• Well-versed in Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Ability to demonstrate our products (blinds, shades, shutters, home automation, etc.) to prospective customers and close sales

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales & Design professional to join our team. As Residential Sales & Design, you will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and design solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. 2+ years experience in selling window treatments, flooring, or other related product lines is mandatory. Strong communication, customer service and relations, prospecting and sales skills are essential. In addition to the product related experience, experience conducting In Home consultations and completing transactions while in the client's home is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential design
• Knowledge of measuring and estimating
• Well-versed in Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Ability to demonstrate our products (blinds, shades, shutters, home automation, etc.) to prospective customers and close sales
