Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking driven in-home sales professionals in Nashville to help homeowners test and understand their water, and match them with effective Culligan solutions. You’ll meet clients in their homes, present results clearly, and guide them to the best options while building your earning potential.

Expect paid training, uncapped commissions and bonuses. Leads are provided, with opportunities to self-gen through referrals and outreach.

Qualifications

• Competitive and coachable
• Comfortable talking to people and asking for the sale
• Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• In-home sales experience is a plus, not required

• Paid training to get you up and running

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Meeting homeowners in their homes (appointments are provided)
• Testing water and explaining what's going on in a way people understand
• Recommending the right solution for their needs
• Closing deals and building your income

Generate your own leads and create opportunities through networking, referrals, community outreach, and proactive prospecting

Self-gen capable - someone who can create opportunities instead of relying solely on provided leads

Proactive about building relationships, asking for referrals, and developing their own customer base.
