Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants to conduct in-home sales presentations for window and door replacements. You will visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential settings and guide homeowners through the decision process.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped commissions ranging from six figures, and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
