Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Want to join our team?

This position offers uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. The base pay starts at $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide more details about the specific compensation during hiring.

PURPOSE: This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data about prospective customers and the targeted market area. The role may also include a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
