Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual customer consultations using the proven sales process.

• Maintain and update activities and customer details in our CRM system.
• Prepare weekly reports and participate in goal-setting sessions and ongoing sales training.

• Contact completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and request referrals.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Residential Sales Associate (RSA) to meet with homeowners, provide tailored painting project proposals, and guide customers through our sales process. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys being active in the community, and is driven by results.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and virtual customer consultations using CertaPro’s proven sales process

Listen to customer needs and create detailed, customized proposals

Consistently follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or text until the job is won or declined

Participate in local marketing efforts including door hangers, yard signs, home shows, and community events
