Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation and ability to respond to emergencies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building entry and exit points and verify guest IDs per procedures.
• Perform routine building tours and document rounds in the security log.
• Ensure doors are secure and report breaches to management.
• Respond to emergencies and contact fire, medical, or law enforcement as needed.
• Notify Property Manager or on-call personnel regarding emergencies or maintenance concerns.
• Enforce house rules, building policies, and emergency protocols.
• Document incidents and tenant interactions in the security log and reports.
• Escalate issues beyond Patrol scope to management.
