Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead daily residential collection operations in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The role focuses on supervising drivers, coordinating routes, and driving safety and performance in a fast-paced field environment. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000 with a potential bonus of up to $14,000 per year, plus a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation, management, logistics or waste/recycling.
• Associate degree with at least 2 years in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations with coaching/supervision responsibilities.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ANSI and related regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential collection routes and employees.
• Supervise CDL drivers and route personnel.
• Coordinate routes, staffing, equipment, and service priorities.
• Conduct field observations and ride-alongs.
• Coach on safety, productivity, attendance, and customer service.
• Monitor route completion and respond to issues.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training.
