Job summary
Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Manchester, NH. This full-time role focuses on pre-scheduled in-home appointments, explaining roofing options, and building lasting customer relationships.
You’ll train with our dedicated sales team and have the potential to earn six figures through uncapped commissions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel to appointments and meet clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and active listening are essential.
- Self-disciplined and money motivated to reach targets.
- Proficient with technology including laptop and mobile devices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly.
- Earn more commission for self-generated business.
- Drive to set appointments and follow pre-set schedules.
- Complete a two-week training program with the sales team.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and coordinate with leadership.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
