Job summary

Vault Roofing in Framingham, MA is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to drive in-home appointments and close residential roofing sales. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary plus commissions during training, and company-provided appointments to help you succeed.

First-year earnings potential is $125,000 to $250,000+ with opportunity to earn six figures. Training, ongoing coaching, and a W-2 benefits package are included to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Self discipline and money motivation are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week sales training program with our team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
