Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and listen.
• Self-discipline and motivation to achieve strong earnings.
• Comfort with technology and using laptops and mobile devices on the job.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
